Every day, I see many candidates from South Asian countries migrating to places like Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Bulgaria, and other parts of Europe. From my experience, I can say that recruitment is not an easy job. It requires proper qualifications, experience, strong communication, and the ability to make important decisions and deal directly with employers.
Unfortunately, I’ve also witnessed a worrying trend. Many unskilled workers are being sent abroad by middlemen who provide fake documents and false promises. These agents often fail to pass the correct information to the candidates, and as a result, candidates may end up losing their jobs or even getting deported from the airport. I’ve seen several such cases in recent news articles, and it’s truly frustrating to see this happening again and again.
This situation mostly occurs due to lack of clear communication between agents, employers, and the candidates. That’s why I always suggest: every candidate should take the time to know the company, understand who the employer is, and learn the basic details about the job.
Everyone dreams of going abroad to build a better, more comfortable life but those dreams should begin with the right guidance, accurate information, and a legal, safe process.
Let’s work together to make migration safer, more transparent, and truly rewarding.
